Brother Holland is a Fall 2008 initiate of Kappa Chapter, Winston Salem State University. Brother Holland graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Concentration in Justice Studies in May of 2012. Also, in Spring 2012 Brother Holland assisted in the Chartering of Gamma Nu Omega Alumni Chapter of Charlotte, NC as well as assisted in the recruitment and revival of Beta Theta Alumni Chapter, Johnson C Smith University,
Bro. Holland began his Military Career enlisting into the North Carolina Army National Guard as a Human Resource Specialist in June of 2006. Bro Holland has served in various positions for the HHC 113th Sustainment Brigade (Greensboro NC), Bravo Battery 5/113th Field Artillery (Winston Salem, NC) over the past 3 years Sergeant Holland served as a Financial Management Technician working for the Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) in Fort Hood. Currently, SGT Holland is attached to the 136th Regimental Training Institute Headquarters Detachment as a Budget analyst in the S-3 for the Texas Army National Guard.
In his civilian capacity, Bro Holland is a Budget Analyst for the Texas Military Department and provides Budget Guidance to Texas Army National Guard Facilities.
Since taking over the Director of Military Affairs helm Bro. Holland has worked to start several new programs that will benefit the recruitment of Military Personnel, Assisting Deployed Brothers overseas, and Job Placement for brothers who have finished serving in the US Armed Forces. Brother Holland’s Goal for the Military Affairs Department is to be a viable force within the Fraternity.
